eSupport is a utility I have devloped to extend the Scopus system so you can easily connect to customers systems
and share additional information about a customer setup and detailed info about each device/server on their network.
This utility is still under development so there are still some features that have not been implemented yet such as
document links and yes you may even get an error once in a while as I have not had time to do a complete QA testing.
